What is viscose fabric?
Viscose fabric is a fabric made of viscose fiber, which is soft, smooth, breathable, antistatic, and dyed.
Viscose fiber is one of the first chemical fibers to be industrially produced. Because of its good hygroscopicity, comfortable wearing and excellent spinnability, it is often blended with cotton, wool or various synthetic fibers, interwoven, used in all kinds of clothing and decorative textiles. High-strength viscose fiber can also be used in industrial products such as tire cords and conveyor belts. Viscose fiber is a widely used chemical fiber.
This fabric has superior antistatic properties and does not feel attached to the body, so it is very slippery and is especially suitable for sportswear. Its moisture content is most in line with the physiological requirements of human skin, and it has good breathability and humidity control function. It is called “breathing fabric”. Viscose fiber has the advantages of soft hand feeling, smooth and cool, breathable, antistatic, brilliant dyeing, strong water absorption, good hanging property, and high comfort.
Viscose fibers have poor firmness, high shrinkage, and poor elasticity and wear resistance. Therefore, be careful about the scarf of viscose fabric.
About daily cleaning and maintenance:
1. Avoid vigorous smashing during washing
2. Choose neutral detergent
3. Because the viscose fabric is easy to shrink, so it should not be soaked.
4. Avoid exposure to the sun, tiling in a cool, ventilated place (not hanging and drying)
5. Scarves should be stored in a dry place
The fabric consists of viscose fiber, which should be printed with reactive dyes during the printing process. Reactive dyes have the advantages of bright color, complete chromatogram, and good color fastness. They are favored by the majority of printing workers and are widely used in the printing of cellulose fiber fabrics such as cotton and viscose. Reactive dye printing commonly uses sodium alginate as a paste, sodium alginate paste is easy to wash, generally does not affect the feel of the printed fabric.
