What is Pashmina?
The name pashmina is derived from persian word pashmineh, which refers to a fine cashmere wool and the textiles fabricated from it. This cashmere wool comes from a special breed of changthangi or pashmina goat, originated to the high elevates of Himalayan mountains, in Kashmir's Ladakh region.
